Body Building Equals Fat Busting – Push Pull Lifting

Body building means taking your body and making your vision of what you want it to be. For most people that means being strong and lean and being physically able to do the things you want to do without restriction. The bonus to that is that muscle is a great calorie burner, much more efficient than the fat you are replacing.

A challenge that some people have is that they want Where Can I Get SARMs Online to concentrate on certain muscles that are more visible, and this can lead to either disproportions and/or a lack of balance to your strength. What some people do to combat this is to think about the push pull actions of any given muscle group. Don’t be confused; this is really simple to understand once you’ve read through this.

For each action there is an equal and opposite reaction, and for each muscle there should be an equal and opposite muscle (or muscle grouping.) The easiest example of this is pairing the chest muscles and the back muscles. The chest is used to push things away (extending your arms) and the back is used to pull things closer (think of pulling your honey in for a kiss) If you are talking about your upper leg, you have your quadriceps (front of your thigh) as the push, and the hamstring (back of the thigh) as the pull.

So here’s the workout/fitness part – if you are working the chest, make sure you are giving your back an equal workout. That doesn’t necessarily mean a pound for pound equal workout, but if you do three sets of a bench press, do three sets of a rowing exercise.

I see guys who concentrate on their chest and biceps, yet mostly ignore their backs and triceps, and as likely see women concentrating on their abs and triceps (to get rid of arm flaps) and ignore their lower backs and biceps.

Without balance to your lifting, you are going to end up with injuries as one side of this equation gets ignored. Think of your muscles like you would a group of children. If you pay attention to one more than others, that one will shine, but the others will pay the price.
